Mat Orientation: This program will educate you on the STOTT PILATES 5 basic principles so that you can receive the full benefit of participating in our group matwork classes. Come ready to move and enjoy learning all the amazing things that STOTT PILATES can offer you.
Mat 1: This is a moderate level class conducted on the floor with mats. It helps students progress to more intermediate levels of pilates by working and practicing the Stott Pilates 5 basic principles refining form and fitness level. A great class for everyone.
Mat 2: This is a high level, fast-paced class conducted on the floor with mats. It helps students progress to more advanced levels of fitness by incorporating complicated and challenging exercises that require flexibility, strength and endurance.
Reformer Orientation: This program will educate you on the STOTT PILATES method of movement and the Reformer so that you can receive the full benefit of participating in our group Reformer classes. Come ready to move and enjoy learning all the amazing things that STOTT PILATES can offer you.
Relax the Back: Enjoy an empowering mind-body workout that focuses on developing proper postural alignment and a strong, healthy, stress-free back.
Reformer 1: This is a class conducted on the versatile STOTT PILATES Reformer, a specialized piece of equipment that allows students to work out using spring resistance. The class works the basic principles of Pilates, allowing students to work at a comfortable pace to help build strength and flexibility. Great for all levels of fitness.
Reformer 2: Learn to use the various reformer components and accessories to intensify reformer repertoire and provide a stimulating workout. Exercises in the Intermediate repertoire require greater strength, stability and flexibility. Also taught – Muscular initiation and sequencing of Intermediate level exercises, Multiple variations for variety and intensity. Perfect for the Advanced Pilates Enthusiast.
Circuit Training: This is a class that incorporates all of the STOTT PILATES equipment including the stability chair, reformer, jump board, and mat. It will vary each time you take it and will surely give you a challenging, fun work out with a lot of variety.
